A. Generally, prices start around $100. However, each project is different and it depends on many factors such as the scope of the enhancement, desired size, framing etc. After the initial consultation we will provide a digital proof and a full list of pricing options. Surely, there is a Reflection On Canvas to fit every budget.
Q. Is the $10 deposit refundable? A. Absolutely. If you are not satisfied with the digital proof our artists provide, we will reverse the PayPal transaction. There is no reason to not begin the process.
Q. What is your return policy? A. We will replace any canvas found to be defective. Contact us for return shipping instructions, then return the canvas within 30 days of receipt and we will fix or replace the canvas.
Q. How long does the process take? A. Generally, we will have the digital proof prepared within 3 business days. Depending on the feedback and changes that need to be made, the finished piece will be ready for shipping in about 4 weeks. If you have an approaching deadline, please contact us an we can expedite the project for a small rush fee.
Q. What picture files do you accept? A. We prefer .jpg or .tif files, but we will will attempt to work with whatever files you have. Again, there is no obligation to begin the process.
Q. Are there any resolution requirements? A. No, but the larger the file the better. If the file is too small we may not have all of the size options in the final product available to us.
Q. What if my photo is a print instead of a digital photo? A. No problem. You can ship us the photo and we can scan the image on our Hi Res scanner. We will return the original photo with the finished canvas. |

It's pretty creative if you ask me... They hand-paint texture onto the canvas so it really looks and feels like an oil painting. The effect is so cool! It looks like someone painted your portrait.
